Download Adaptive Training

Adaptive Training runs as a local-first desktop app β€” your data lives in a single file on your own machine, not on our servers. Download for macOS or Windows below, or try the whole app first in the live demo.

System requirements

  • macOS 11 (Big Sur) or newer β€” Apple Silicon (M1–M4) or Intel.
  • Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.
  • Linux β€” coming soon.
  • The app opens in its own window using your system's built-in webview; where that isn't available it falls back to your default browser, so keep a current one (Chrome, Edge, or Safari) installed.
First launch (one time): the apps aren't code-signed yet, so your OS asks once. macOS β€” right-click AdaptiveTraining.app β†’ Open β†’ Open (or System Settings β†’ Privacy & Security β†’ Open Anyway). Windows β€” on the β€œWindows protected your PC” box, click More info β†’ Run anyway. Full steps are in the release notes.
Want to try it right now? The live demo runs the full app in your browser on a synthetic athlete's data β€” no install, no sign-up, nothing to lose.

What you'll get

  • The whole app, offline. Calendar, fitness model, power analytics, ride analysis, and workout planning β€” all running locally on your machine.
  • Your data in one file. A single SQLite database you own, export, and back up any time. No account, no lock-in.
  • Optional Strava sync. Connect Strava to pull rides automatically, or just drop in FIT / GPX / TCX files by hand.
  • Export to your devices. Send the day's session or any workout to Zwift, Garmin, Wahoo, or TrainerRoad as .zwo, .erg, .mrc, or .fit.
  • Self-updating. The desktop app will keep itself up to date as new versions ship.
