Adaptive Training is a one-person project — here's who's building it, and the fastest way to reach me.
I'm Galen. I build Adaptive Training on my own, and I use it for my own training. It started with a simple frustration: most training tools are good at showing you where your fitness has been, and not much help with where it's heading. So I set out to build the tool I actually wanted — one that models your fitness forward, keeps your data local and yours, and doesn't hide its methods behind a subscription.
That means it's genuinely a work in progress. The reporting features are solid; the predictive models are still being validated against what's already out there before I make any strong claims. Things will change, and some corners are still rough.
This is the part I actually need help with. If something's broken, confusing, or missing — or if it's useful and you want more of it — I'd genuinely like to hear it. The fastest way to reach me is on Threads.
